Paul J. Healy is an accomplished  attorney with over 30 years of  legal success. Paul is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Healy is a member of the Florida Bar (admitted to practice in 1989). Exposure to college sports has provided Paul a chance to meet, work and befriend many student athletes. While living in the dorm at Notre Dame with many of the

college athletes, Paul experienced many of their day to day trials and tribulations. He understands the needs and wants of players to overcome obstacles in their lives and become successful in all endeavors with the ultimate goal of becoming a professional athlete. While at Notre Dame, Paul participated in intramural football, was elected to the student senate and in 1985, received his undergraduate degree. In law school at the University of Florida, Paul continued his journey of sharing the human experience by involving himself in sports, student activities and achieving his goal of a Juris Doctorate degree in 1988.


     Currently, as the senior partner with the law firm of Healy, Stone and Zahler, Paul is concentrating his practice in the representation of professional athletes. Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar; and has been certified as a athlete agent with the state of Florida and the National Football League Association (N.F.L.P.A.) for the past 25 years. Paul has represented a wide array of clients from NFL All-Pro Kicker Sebastian Janikowski to corporations, including the Jax Bullets Professional Hockey Club and Gold's Gym. With an extensive background in labor law, estate planning and transactional work, Paul is well-suited to represent today's professional athlete. As a partner with Darold Williams, Paul hopes to continue his success by representing college athletes and helping them to achieve their goals as a professional athlete. Darold Williams the VP and Director of Client Services conducts the day to day decision making and operations of Pro First Sports . In addition to scouting athletes and maintaining current HSG clients, he organizes face to face meetings, and logistics for HSG clients. His over 20 years of experience in the Sports Management business and working with large and small sports management firms such as Sportstars, Inc and  NA3 

Sports allow him an array of resources to meet each client's needs and demands. Darold brings a vast background and over 18 years of experience in coaching, training, talent and character evaluation of both collegiate and professional football players. Through many years of being right in the thick of things, he has gained an extensive and vast knowledge of sports related issues and a strong understanding of the NFL, CFL, and AFL leagues.


Throughout his career, he has helped to recruit and sign many athletes. These relationships give him a keen insight into the trials, tribulations, and important decisions that professional athletes face. Darold is committed and dedicated to each client and their pursuit of a rewarding and satisfying life and career. Darold graduated from Florida State University, where he obtained his degree in Sports Management and a Masters in Sports Administration, along with a National Championship in 1999.


Darold is a budding entrepreneur who manages Williams Wildland Fire Services, a wildland firefighting business, DDW Sports Group, a sports consulting and marketing company, and the Owner and Head Football Coach of the Daytona Waverunners, a Women's Tackle Football Team a part of the Women's Football Alliance.



CFL/XFL/MLB Contract Advisor

As the Director of Player Personnel and CFL, XFL, MLB Contract Advisor with Pro First Sports, Michael spearheads the scouting processes, as well as identifying and evaluating data and video, etc. on prospects to provide direction for the agency and assists with contract negotiations.  He has 20 plus years of football experience ranging from being a player to coaching, and leverages his contacts at the High School, NCAA, NFL, CFL, and

XFL  level to further promote the services of Pro First Sports. Michael's football career started at a young age with Punt, Pass and Kick that catapulted him to compete on a National Level and participate on NFL's Monday Night Football.  being highly ranked as a Quarterback in the State of Florida.  Michael was recognized as a Blue Chip Athlete and competed in High School against the likes of Deion Sanders, Hall of Fame cornerback and two time Super Bowl Champion.  He was also President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in High School and Letterman's Club. In College, Michael was a member of the Florida State Seminoles Football team and a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His roommate was Dexter Carter, successful FSU running back and a member of the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl XXIX team.  Upon graduation, Michael continued pursuing his professional football career and being drafted by the XFL in 2000. He has continued channeling his passion for football by staying involved in evaluating talent by attending the NFL, CFL and AAF Combines to further identify talented.


Michael graduated from Florida State University, where he obtained a double major degree in Business Management/Economics, and a minor in Business Law.  He has excelled in the business world, which encompasses a successful career in the Cellular/Mobile Phone industry and currently owns Do It Wireless, LLC.  Additionally, his entrepreneurial nature drove him to establish a successful financial business focusing on ETF investing in the Stock Market.
